A kitty named Bettie Bee was born with a congenital abnormality. She has two noses, two mouths and three eyes. The rescuer got the kitten in a bottle baby after being born in a litter of three in south africa.
The kitten had a unique figure. This made the nursing process pretty difficult. She started feeding her with a tube. She discovered that both her mouths are functional and has a direct way to the stomach. She can use both mouths for eating and there is no problem with the swallowing.
When the rescuer took the kitten to the vet, they advised her to put her down. She declined because she wanted the kitten to have a chance to live. The poor cat had a rare innate disorder called Diprosopus, it has another name craniofacial duplication. Janus cats is the name of cats who have this condition. A widely known janus cat called Frankenlouie from Massachusetts was born with only one esophagus lived for the period of fifteen years.
This was the longest surviving of a Janus cat as the Guinness Book of World Records showed. The little Bettie Bee is having good time, she’s fine and eat well. She’s growing healthier and stronger every day. She started to open her eyes and crawl around her bed at six days. “One big eye has two merged eyes,” Her human mom said. They fed her and make her content with a full belly.
Now, she’s weighing 200 gram, only 10 days old. After two days, she gains 27 gram. She’s really fighting for her life. Her human mom will stop caring for her and bringing up her in order to have the life that she merits. The kitty never gives up fighting and she always astonishes her humans with her desire to live. They want her to stay with them for many coming years.
